John Browne

John started programming computers in the 1970s when you had to use punch cards and wait until tomorrow to get your compile finished. In the ensuing years, he moved from mainframes to PCs and was an early employee at Microsoft, working on multiple products include Visual C++ and Excel. John Browne has 4.9M Quora answer views; 18K+ upvotes and 1,381 followers on Quora. He's also been published on Forbes and Huffington Post. John joined Mobilize.Net in 2012, were he focused on helping customers understand their options to modernize legacy software. John and his wife live on a hobby farm near Seattle, WA with three chickens and two Border Collies. He retired in 2024 and couldn't be happier.
