NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR. The sponsor of this drawing is Growth Acceleration Partners LLC, 8834 N Capital of Texas Hwy, Ste 302, Austin, TX 78759, United States (“Sponsor”). This drawing is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony Interactive Entertainment, or Microsoft. Grand Theft Auto, PlayStation, and Xbox are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. ELIGIBILITY. Open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in their state of residence if higher, at the time of entry, and who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. The drawing is subject to applicable laws and is void where prohibited or restricted. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and of any agency involved in administering the drawing, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each are not eligible. Employees of federal, state, or local government entities are not eligible. Entrants are responsible for complying with their employer’s gift and ethics policies and may not participate if those policies prohibit accepting the prize. Entrants must have a valid email address and meet the requirements in these Official Rules.

3. ENTRY PERIOD. The drawing begins on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER. During the Entry Period, complete the VELO event registration form at https://www.gapvelocity.ai/velo/self-serve-preview. One completed registration counts as one entry. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address; additional entries will be disregarded. No purchase or payment is required to register or enter. Entries generated by scripts, bots, or other automated means, or that are incomplete or duplicate, may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at registration.

5. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. PRIZES. Five (5) winners will each receive one digital copy of Grand Theft Auto VI: Standard Edition, with an approximate retail value of US$79.99 per prize and a total approximate retail value of US$399.95. The game is available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Each winner will select either the PlayStation 5 or the Xbox Series X|S version when claiming the prize. To redeem the prize, a winner must have a compatible console and a valid PlayStation Network or Xbox account registered in the United States. Digital codes are subject to the platform’s regional redemption requirements and terms of service. Prizes will be delivered by email within approximately fourteen (14) days after the winner’s eligibility is confirmed, subject to code availability. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s inability to redeem a code. No cash alternative is available. The prize may not be transferred or substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or where required by law. Any applicable taxes or other costs not expressly included in the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. On or about November 19, 2026, Sponsor will select five (5) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Sponsor will notify potential winners by email at the address provided during registration. Each potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification, or an alternate may be selected. If a notification is undeliverable, or a potential winner is ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, that person may be disqualified and an alternate selected. A winner may be required to confirm eligibility and accept the prize in writing before receiving it.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the drawing, which are final and binding. Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate these rules or interfere with the drawing. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the drawing if fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances compromise its proper administration, subject to applicable law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for technical failures of any kind that prevent or interfere with entry.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION. Information submitted for event registration and the drawing will be used to administer the event and drawing, contact potential winners, and deliver prizes. Registrants may also receive communications from Sponsor about the event and VELO and may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Personal information is handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.gapvelocity.ai/privacy-policy.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the extent permitted by law, by entering, participants release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the drawing or the acceptance, redemption, or use of a prize.

11. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence to announce the winners, without further compensation.

12. GOVERNING LAW. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the drawing will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
